Rønnaug Holmøy (Renée in French and English) is an expert and well-practiced teacher on leadership and motivation. After nearly two decades off consulting on leadership and educational issues, lectured and taught officers, students as well as professionals; Rønnaug has established RH Motivation, Leadership and Business Consulting. Here she uses her vast perspectives and knowledge helping established and upcoming leaders, to enlighten their visions - to create, contribute and achieve.

Rønnaug’s special gift is spotting strengths in others and helping them growing into leaders, who make a difference. She believes in the infinite power of humans and recognizes talent when she sees it. What Rønnaug has learned to appreciate above all, is leaders with passion for peace and healthy relationships - something that has become more and more clear to her while traveling internationally to learn from the best. 

Purpose 

The purpose of Rønnaug’s work is to bond leaders and passionate people with their own power and potential.  As an transformational coach, Rønnaug is at her best work when she works with leaders that has experienced profound challenges. 

Rønnaug is graduated cand.paed from the University of Oslo. Currently she is the key advisor to private clients and professionals situated both in Oslo and France. She is a mentor and lecturer at the Norwegian Military Academy and the University of Oslo. There she teaches and mentors students in group settings and one-on-one, also she is the key advisor to individual professionals.

Based on her passion for growth and contribution, Rønnaug has an expertise on arrangement of dedicated seminars, where devoted resources share their knowledge and understanding. For five years she has arranged seminars on the topic Women, Peace and Security for the Military Sector. As a woman who have had this chance to learn from both the peace sector and the military sector – always from the best available resources – Rønnaug has been able to transform this knowledge into wisdom that she passes on to her students and clients. Her ability to recognize authenticity and passion are greatly appreciated; her power combined with gentleness seems to be a main reason why her clients favorite her work and coaching. 

Rønnaug is certified as a transformational coach through the Supercoach Academy by Michael Neill and Dr. Robert Holdens’s programs. She has studied under marketing guru Brendon Burchard and media strategist Rachel Hanfling. In 2013 she was certified as High Performance Coach after studying at the High performance Academy by Brendon Buchard. She continues to develop and expand her learning, always.
