Women, Peace and  Security – Sole responsibility for development and seminar-arrangement on the topic UN Res 1325 on Women, Peace and Security, at the Norwegian Military Academy (2009-2013). 

Motivation and Leadership – Professional Coordinator and lecturer for the Motivation and Leadership seminar at the master level for the Institute of Educational Research, University of Oslo (2012 - present)

Lecturer and Supervisor in Education and Leadership at Norwegian Military Academy for nearly two decades, including on the topics: 

– Peace Support Operations – Within the department for leadership (2008-2010); sole responsibility for lecturing and development of the teaching materials and the curriculum on Peace Support Operations / Conflict Resolutions.

– Integrated Missions /Comprehensive Approach – In cooperation with representatives from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, arrangement of seminars on the topic (2008 - 2010)
