For eighteen years Rønnaug has taught and lectured students and officers at the Norwegian Military Academy (situated in Oslo) - and for the the last four years, also at the University of Oslo.
The topic has been developed and transformed during the years - but always related to leadership and education. She has been fortunate to be able to develop the field of different learning styles through many years. A combination of lecturing and discussions, with mutual exploration of the topic by all the involved participants, is what Rønnaug believes it takes to reach profound understanding and learning.
From 2012 Rønnaug has been Professional Responsible for the Motivation and Leadership seminar at the Master-level at the Institute of Educational Research, University of Oslo. She was fortunate to be able to continue the development of this seminar after the well known norwegian professor and scholar on Motivation (both in Norway and at the University of Santa Monica in California), Torgrim Gjesme. The students have been very pleased with the program. Rønnaug is currently in her 4th year lecturing at this seminar.
